Hey everybody! So glad you're enjoying the live DVD. Can't wait to make another one at another awesome venue.
Soul Continuum is currently getting together weekly to jam out some new songs, and its going really well. Two really solid new grooves are underway, which are being written much more as a whole band. Very exciting!
In the meantime we are always looking for new ways to promote the music and get it out there and heard, so let us know if you have any ideas and don't forget to spread the word!
I am also starting on a new solo project, check out this post for more info http://www.jamirotalk.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8823
SC bassist Rob McMullan is also working steadily on a solo flamenco album and we're constantly pressuring him to hurry up and release it for us to all enjoy! He is adamant to take it slow and make it perfect, and more power to him.
Guitarist Ruwan Sena will be producing my solo album with me, and is always working incredibly hard on many different projects in his recording studio and audio production company Luna Audio http://lunaaudio.com/.
We've still got no permanent drummer since Todd Byrnes stepped down, so just feeling our way with that one. The other guys in the band are working hard in their day jobs and writing new grooves to bring to the SC table.
Exciting times of development and creativity! _________________ I think I'll go for a wander yonder, find a place to play... |
