What about Stop Don`t Panic?!
I don´t know why we never talk about `Stop Don`t Panic`. Maybe is not the style that we love of Jamiroquai, but still it has a funky sound. At first, I didn`t like it, at all (along with `Twenty Zero One`), but now is one of my favourites.
So I want you to give opinions about SDP... I don`t know what you guys think!!!!!!! |

Yes, I didn't like it at the beginning too! But today I really dig it. It's very powerful. I like the kind of agressive sound!!! It's different to the other more funkylike tracks. Sorry, it's hard to explain in english

I really like SDP. The first thing I heard of AFO was the 6-track sampler, and SDP was on there. It intrigued me because it's quite a different track for Jamiroquai; not typical at all of other tracks on the album. Another song that doesn't get enough recognition, like 'Where Do We Go From Here?'.

I think they could've done more with the end of SDP than the long fade out. Neither Derrick nor Nick play many fills there, which I find very disappointing. I can't wait to hear Derrick's kit again on the next album! His live work is great, but on AFO most of the tracks have either programmed drums or only Sola's percussion (but hey, can't complain about that!) |

Ezbe you are totally right!. WDWGFH, another track that we never talk about! And is funny: some people said that with ´Canned Heat´ the album could have been dance, then they said it was too soul. But I think WDWGFH has a funky danceable sound more likely to CH that the other tracks...even Little L.
And I don´t know why they didn´t play it live!! I think is one of my favourite tunes off Synkronized. Along with SDP from AFO.
Other song we never talk: ´Drifting Along´ |

Yes, we talked about "Drifting along" some times ago. About Reggea and if people like it.
I also like WDWGFH it's really a funky tune and I would also love to hear it live!!! (like so many other songs!!! A concert should be about 4 or 5 hours minimum )

Yep, Butterfly In June, you are right. You talked about Drifting Along. Sorry, I didn`t see it when I wrote that .
4 or 5 hours????? No: 7 hours!!!
PS: Don`t you just love the version of `Butterfly` in the Pori Jazz Festival? Matt and Rob are in their best moment with the perfect sounds they made in that live version. |
