Impressive Maroon 5 album, has Jami vibe to it!!!
 Hello everyone,
Inbetween updating my site, which if haven't visited it yet, SHAMELESS PLUG: here's a link to it: http://www.geocities.com/jamirofan2000/Newsbrief.html , and reading the latest Jamiroquai news, I'm always on the lookout for other bands that have that Jami-vibe in their sound. Much like the bands Electric Six, Toploader, and Remy Shand, I've think I have found a band that is close to the Jami-vibe I've been looking for. The band is called "Maroon 5", I remember this band a while back having a hit song, which I can't recall, but I rediscovered their 2003 album "Songs About Jane", such crisp funk & rock fusion there. You can get the idea of the "Maroon 5 & Jamiroquai" sound comparisons with their tracks "Hard to Breathe", "This Love" & "Sunday Morning". I highly suggest all fans check out this band, they are very good, here's a link to their Official Site: http://www.maroon5.com . I'm not looking at Maroon 5 and the other mentioned artists as replacements in my CD player for the music of Jamiroquai, just as a filler to tide me over till Jamiroquai can churn out the next album.
