Nice find Doc... but Jamiroquai headlining an "Americana Music Festival" (with the shadow of a girl with cowboy hat and boots on the poster) is definitely an odd idea ! 
Anyway, with all the material available, it's seems +/- confirmed!
Guess we'll see new dates pop out here and there over the next few weeks... |

The only a bit reliable is the myspace page...
The official website (americanacostadelsol.com) is outdated and confused, the last news is about the cancellation of 2009 festival. The facebook event seems precise, I've checked the identity of creator  There is also a GREAT DOUBT about the name of this event, someone call it "MARBELLA SUN FESTIVAL 2010" others "MARBELLA SUN FESTIVAL COSTA DEL SOL 2010" or even "INTERNACIONAL AMERICANA MUSIC MARBELLA 2010"

Couldn't that "unprofessional" organisation be linked with the 2005 concert in Malaga that got cancelled at the last minute ?

It's not the same organisation...
The one for the gig in Marbella back on 2005 was "Sea Breeze Production" (http://www.seabreezeproduction.com), no more existing.
I wouldn't call Evergreen unprofessional even if the last news on www.americanacostadelsol.com says:

Dear jamirotalkers, I can forget this sad day when the gig is cancelled in Mijas racecourse  . The organisation was seabrize productions very very umprofessionel.
I Hope this year will be different... Finaly the tour is true  With new album or not

Thanks funkylaura for the information.
I just talked to the director of recruitment agency for the Marbella Sun Festival.
I have commented that are being sponsor.
It will be a great festival to enjoy: Friday and Saturday concerts and after four days of free shows on the beach. Mixed culture and music and present it to come to Madrid.
I think they are serious people.
I stayed later to write that I will give more data.
I hope everything goes well and that we enjoy in Marbella.

Unfortunately, and as expected, Jamiroquai won't headline the Marbella Sun Festival... The don't appear on the line-up anymore...
