Choose your fav Covers!
Ola
I tink i never saw one post talking about the covers!
So i tink the people from forum can say what is the best , one opinion of course.
For me i choose : Sunny.
I really like more the song when it's jammi how sings. Is better that the original, try to listen it. I simply love the song , from Montreux concert!
Where some Cover's:
Upside down
Lost souls
Miss You
It's only rock & roll
Sunny
The harder they come
Hollywood Swinging
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Boney M , for people o don't know is a band like Earth Wind and Fire. I just love this two bands! ,Just a few songs of Boney M (my fav) : Rasputin , Sunny , Daddy Cool , Belfast...
Ahhh...Favorite "Covers"!
Hello, :bm_r:
Well, I was kind of lost there, then I realize that EvoV meant Jamiroquai music "Covers", I thought he was talking about "album covers"..hehe. Well, there has been quite a few great Jamiroquai covers from over the years, but here are my favorites :
*JamiroFan2000's Favorite Jam Covers*
-Hollywood Swinging (Kool & the Gang Cover)
-Sunny (Roy Ayers Cover)
-Don't Stop That Feeling (Roy Ayers Cover)
-Love Is A Drug (Roxy Music Cover)
-God Made Me Funky (Headhunters Cover)
There you go, my favorites, I can't wait to read everyone else's favs! Peace!
Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000
for me it would be:
Deeper Underground
(actually i'm refering to the promo-cover which has a green flame not an orange one. but it still looks fantastic)
Space Cowboy
and Canned Heat
amazon didn't have a cover here...  _________________ Dear Auntie Em. Hate you, hate Kansas, took the dog. Dorothy. x |
Best Cover SONG: Sunny and Hollywood Swinging
Best Album COVER: A tie between the alternate one of Supersonic(the Thrust SSC car-I like fast things ) and Canned Heat. _________________ "...I feel that Jamiroquai needs to be taken to another stage now. I'll have to point you all out about the song SUNNY, it is not originally by Bonny M or Roy Ayers. It's a song composed by Bobby Hebb and the year was 1966. And we all know that it is been covered by many acts.
