MP3's from the Pori Jazz 03 concert available!
Hello!
I'm quite new user here in this forum, but I've been quite a long time amongst the Jamiroquai scene. Anyway, I recorded the radio broadcast on a Finnish Ylex and you can download the tunes that were aired by following the link below.

are these live recordings? or from albums?

These are full live recordings , broadcasted on friday 26 on radio, from Pori gig 2003 jazz festival!

Where did you get the idea that they could be from albums?
Funny. As the subject said, Pori Jazz 03 gig of which was broadcasted
here in Finland on a radio station Ylex. Or part of it. An assembly. I hope they will some day broadcast the full concert.

Yes. Quite peculiar I say. "This song's of the .. I think it's from the second album, The Return of The Space Cowboy.. and we haven't done it for a while, so we might screw it up. Maybe, which I hope we not.. This track's called Blow Your Mind" Someone on Jamline mentioned that this is not the first time he forgets in which album a certain tune has been released.

Enpäs ole tällä foorumilla käynytkään pitkään aikaan, olen pyörinyt tuolla j.talkissa. Täällähän näköjään on muitakin suomalaisia.
Nauhoitin itsekin tuon Pori Jazz -setin radiosta, mutta Geuze näköjään ehti laittamaan sen ensimmäisenä nettiin. Lähetin kuitenkin itse nauhoittamani pätkät frenchiroquai.com:n Dave:lle, niin kuin olin hänen kanssaan sopinut..
Lähetin e-mailia jokin aika sitten YleX:lle, josko voisivat lähettää koko konsertin joskus. Vastasivat, että heillä on lupa lähettää vain nuo kuullut biisit. Harmi sinänsä.

Quick translation for those who don't understand Finnish:
oop_ asked YleX via e-mail could we someday hear the whole concert. YleX responded that they have rights to broadcast only the songs we heard in this Jamiroquai Pori Jazz "assembly".

What a shame. It's hard to understand why they have rights to broadcast some of the concert but not all of it. And why particularly these songs.. Why for example they had no rights to broadcast Just another story.
That I understand that often it is allowed to photograph just during the first two or three songs and after that it is prohibited to get the media out of the way distracting the performance but this I don't know why..
