They are popular AND respected in the US. I don't know exactly how many albums have been sold in each country, but I would imagine US sales have been substantial.

and you can also listen to Jamiroquai radio on Pandora radio. It has a great mix of music and a lot of Jamiroquai. Also, I've been listening to a lot of Jamiroquai on youtube. ANd thanks to this post, am now listening to Creme Brulee!
