i know, i prefer the live extended 'agith' with horns too.
this was supposed to be a live/organic album which means letting it flow with some jamming. The tracks have been cut. _________________

Thanks for uploading!
It's a shame that so many won't ever hear that extended version of AGITH, seems like such a waste! Great interview though and always interesting to get an insight into the music from someone else's perspective and not just Jay's.
And I think I could spend a whole gig just watching Derrick! Maybe it's because my coordination and sense of timing are both appalling, but it fascinates me watching people play, both hands and both feet doing something different! It's almost too much for my brain to comprehend!! _________________ May the wind always be at your back, and the sun upon your face...

Derrick really is the man! So many people think of Jamiroquai as Jay, but it can't be understated how integral the other guys are, especially this man!
That extended (or should we say original?) version of AGITH sounds amazing.
Just pains me to think of what other gems they have hidden away or full versions of songs we may never hear! _________________ 'This is the world he wants, pray for the brave and the young...' |
