I have supernatural powers!!!
Yes, my fellow Jamily members, you read right, I have supernatural powers!
Since the mid 90s I am a Montréal Canadiens fan and recently I found out how to watch NHL ice hockey matches legally via the internet.
Last week I watched the match between the Habs (nickname for the Canadiens from Montréal) and the Buffalo Sabres. In the intermission between the 2nd and the 3rd period I wrote something very fatal on the Habs fans forum. The Habs were leading 2-0 and I wished the team via the forum a "shutout".
Fatal error: It brings bad luck to say "shutout" during a match when talking of the team one supports.
Even more fatal error: Because the forum has an English and a French section, I wasn't only saying the word in English, but also in its French synonym: "blanchissage"...
That's why the Habs lost the game in the shootout. 
FYI:
- Shutout/Blanchissage is when a goalie doesn't allow a single goal to the opposing team during a match.
