i love cooking! i'm a very good cooker i must say and i love to try "incidental" recipes. it's always cool to try new things!
but for non cookers theres a really easy and yummy piece of aliment wich is jk's favorite sandwich:
-bread
-mayonaise
-lettuce
-thick slice of cheddar
-gherkin (little cucumbers in vinegar?)
-mustard
-white pepper
i may forgot something or added anything....anyway try it like this or make some variations (i hardly never have all this elemenst at the same time) and i'ts always good

THanks Jamirokaki! Sounds like a good one. I was going to delete this thread, but haven't figured out how yet. I suppose the thread could go under (Off-topic of course) Show Ideas and then have a plethora of tv shows involving whatever's clever. |

I variated a dish a friend of mine used to make for me...it´s like vegetable crepes...
so for the dough:
250g flour
1/2 l milk
2-3 eggs
Nutmeg
Salt, Pepper, little sugar
then add whatever you like ( chopped in little cubes)
tomatoes , onion or spring onion, carrots, capsicum
i sometimes also add fried ham...
I made the experience that crepes are ready pretty quick so it´s maybe not a bad idea to put all the extra stuff in a pan and cook it a little before mixing together with the dough...
yummy!!
or just crepes with nutella! ( that one i didn´t figure out by " Accident" it was pure intention!haha) _________________ "Here it is...there is no way to make it better " |

@ Sandriche, that sounds so delicious!
@ Cosmic Girl WOW, that sounds fun! Yes, fresh is always the best! From the earth to your plate. I refer to recipes, but typically stray and add my own bits. And usually I don't write down what I add, so it's usually a one time deal when I make some awesome creation.
Just an idea...i'm full of them...and once in a while I have a good one.

Gosh, I have already eaten and feel hungry again when I read through all these receipes hahaha!
I love to cook and I also love to try out something new; if it's in mixing some things together or just create a new "menu"... |
