there is a nice avenue with coffeebars and restaurants. something touristic-like, but ok to sit |

There is a shoppingmall across from it. I know because we had coffee there last time when we tried to drown the sadness. (cancellation of the gig).
We did not enter it for real, just the nearest coffeshop.
Dunno if i will attend.
Germany has this thing with wintertyres and my car does not have any.
Renting a car, you need to rent it for more than 1 day because the gig is on a sunday!
Weather will tell if i will attend or not. Not gonna spend 300 just to get there! _________________ May you always feel the wind on your face and the waves on your toes |

oh my... what did I miss?
Freaky you're from Nederland right?
Is this what you mean?
http://www.dewijdewereld.net/reizen/winterbanden-duitsland.htm
It says that the fines for not having winter tyres (when the weather is bad) are between 40 and 80 euro's. So if this is true I guess I'll take the risk of a fine.....

I know about the fine, and i am not afraid for the fine the insurance is more of an issue.
Als jij in duitsland zonder de juiste bandjes rijd en een ongeluk krijgt zal de verzekering niets uit hoeven te keren.
Als je hem veroorzaakt zal zelfs alle schade op JOU kunnen worden verhaald.
I found out that there is a nice train connection. Only have to wait till six for the first train out of there. _________________ May you always feel the wind on your face and the waves on your toes |

Is anyone staying in a hotel over night? (From Sunday to Monday?)
If so, which one?

I'll stay at home in Bochum (about ~50km) with a friend. So we'll be there by car. I know that there is a hotel but (brown-yellow-logo - Western ??, I think) I don't know about the quality, but the price is about 70 euros. |

I don't believe that the gig will proceed
The best things come in threes. And this would be my third gig cancellation. So we'll see |
