Jamiroquai wikipedia page - what happened?
I know everyone is talking about the new single right now (can't stop listening, by the way), but what happened to the Jamiroquai wikipedia page? (Hope this hasn't already been discussed at length... I couldn't find a topic for it).
It's so short now! What happened to all the details about all the albums?
Wikipedia has incredibly lengthy articles for the most obscure stuff... I can't imagine why a substantial portion of the page would have been eliminated. Or am I just remembering incorrectly? |

Each album has it's own page
I don't find it 'short' at all _________________ *Meow* |

Yeah, I know what's going on at Wikipedia, they seem to be truncating ALOT of their entries or in the process of doing this. Doesn't make much sense but maybe they are just doing a little 'digital spring cleaning' and separating alot of the sub-topics into individual pages as wintercat pointed out. Makes some sense but granted, makes the 'topics' of each entry seems less active/relevant with this truncating . Cheers!
Sincerely,

Cool, I guess as long as that information isn't just getting deleted then it's OK.
It looked to me like at least 50% of the page had just been removed. I kinda liked it better the old way... |

I don't think it's Jamiroquai controlling for what's on the Wiki page.
Under Synkronized

| By their fifth album, A Funk Odyssey (2001), they had evolved so drastically, that some critics and listeners would remark they lost the 'Jamiroquai sound'. With the departure of more and more original band members, including Wallis Buchanan and his didgeridoo, Jamiroquai had become a very different band than that of 1992. |
More and More !
It's just contributions by various people. Anybody (even I have a sign-in, don't remember) can edit it.
It doesn't appear to be updated. A section also quotes

| As of 25 July 2010, the only known track name for the 7th album is "Rock Dust Light Star" which has been performed live and confirmed by Kay himself to be on the new album. |
It jumps from 2008, 2010, to 2008 again.
Anybody here can properly update it. |
