Thicke
I would like to share my opinion on the singer/songwriter Robin Thicke. I had a chance to listen to his album on the Internet, and to my opinion, it's really cool! There's much more on the album than the hit single "When I Get You Alone", and it has a lot of jazz-rock/soul/funk influence. So, I bet all Jami fans will like this stuff.
By the way, on MTV page there's an article about Thicke which starts with the words: "What would happen if Jamiroquai's Jay Kay grew up under the watchful eye of "Growing Pains" dad Alan Thicke? The result would probably be a lot like Robin Thicke — son of Alan and aspiring singer/songwriter". |

Yeah, I discovered thicke a few months ago by accident. His songs are very good and catchy. I might buy the album. _________________

Hey,
Robin Thicke will perform on Saturday 29th of September in Paradiso, Amsterdam.
I'm very pleased to tell that I have tickets, so I'll be there.
Very curious.

love the new album. the first one was dope too actually which isn't so easy to get here anymore.
'when i get you alone' is from the first album. it isn't on the newest one that is smashing the charts (evolution of robin thicke)..well, the usa version anyway. the only song to come over from that album is 'shooter'.
he is also great in concert. see him if you can for a reasonable price!

I actually found it here in Mexico on Sale... I paid for it just $40 pesos which would be around $4 USD.... |

I love it too!
It seems it won't be released in Europe, right? |

Hello,
Ever since I saw the mainstream music scene embrace Robin Thicke, I sarcastically thought to myself, "They're only accepting him cause Justin Timberlake doesn't have an album out." But I wish he would have the 'growth factor' that Justin effortlessly showed, instead of having to rely on so many 'guest artist appearances' on his efforts. Yes, he could very well catapult to a Timberlake level eventually but he really needs to go out on his own for a whole album...but that seems like an impossibility when your mainstream artist. Cheers!
Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000 _________________
