Hee Hee Hee, JK never seems to cease to amaze me on what he can get away with  ! Thanks for sharing that article link Diego, great article  ! It's kind of pathetic that JK would go to all that trouble just to dodge a 40 pound parking fine, but you expect the unexpected with JK.
