Gifts from Jamiroquai?
Hi Guys!

I was wondering if you ever got something from Jay during a concert?

I once got a Joint during the concert in Amsterdam, Paradiso.
And once I got a bottle of water, 'cause I was naggin' that hard, that he threw one to me. He drank 2 sips from it, and then threw it to me.

Ok just a little story to laugh about:

Last time, during a concert of Jamiroquai in 'Ahoy, Rotterdam, Jay wanted to light a cigarette, and was searching for a lighter for about 5 minutes. When the song ended he asked if anyone has a lighter for him, to light his cigarette.
So I had a spare one in my purse, so I got it out and threw it to him. But the fact was that he was looking around for anyone with a lighter, so he didn't saw that I was throwing it. At the time the lighter was near him he turned his head towards me en got the lighter ALMOST on his nose
Embarassed What a blunder!!!!!

But the nice fact was, that he liked the lighter, it was a real funny one, and put it in his pocket.Razz

Let me know your special moments, you had with Jay and the rest of the band!supersonic white

You are a lucky girl. You have a Miata, you have seen Jay in concert, u have a waterbottle he drank from, u gave him a lighter...

I wish I could give Jay sumthing or get something from him...

I once wanted to send myself to him in a box for his brithday and then pop up at his front doorstep...

Sorry, I didn't realise that there are people on this site who haven't been to a Jami-concert, YET Smile
I'm so lucky that they come to the Netherlands every tour, but didn't realise that there are some countries they don't play.

Xcuse me again! Embarassed

I've never seen a concert. Hopefully they'll come to the States when the next album comes out.

Yes, I know it is painful, but I haven´t. Hopefully if they come to Argentina the next tour, I´ve already said that I might go two times. I don´t care the money, I want to have that feeling twice.
And they came during the TWM tour (1997- Ferro) and the Synkronized Tour (1999- Luna Park) but they didn´t come on the AFO tour. But not only here, in all Southamerica. So they HAVE to come. Is an order. Hehe

Bye Jamirotalkers.[/img]

I live in Canada. Jami has never come to Canada. It is very very sad. Canada loves Jamiroquai!

Y bueh...
OKOK.

I didn't get anything...
buffaloman_R Hello, :bm_r:

Well, Adidas, I hope you didn't waste that spliff, put it in a backlit glass case or something to save for when you meet the band again Wink. As for me, I only saw Jamiroquai once, it was at the 9:30 Club in Washington D.C. back in 97'. I didn't get anything from JK or any of the bandmember before and after gig, but now I do did get something from the show, much like every other fan in attendance. I got a special gift, the gift of Jamiroquai sharing their music with us live, and it will be a night of music that will remain engrained on memory for as long as I live Wink ;Wink. Thanks for listening and Peace!

Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000

nooooooooooo!!!!
en serio no estuviste en el luna?!?!?!? Shocked Shocked Shocked
a mi me quedó la vena de no haber ido a ferro por no ahorrar guita, yo tenía 14 años y no me tiraron un mango en mi casa...
in the luna park concert of august 28th, 1999 jay took a cup of coke from a guy that was selling it to the audience. the seller just laughed, that was very funny. I also remember Wallis spinning during he was smoking (I don't know what), that was funny too.
