For anyone that loves music and wants to write about it...
Friends are looking for music reviewers and such for their website/magazine. They are both out of the USA and don't pay anything, but it'll be fun and you can boost up your writing porfolio.
One is GeoClan, which is Clayton's organization and the one Meike wrote the vegetarian article for. www.geoclan.com - email him at info@geoclan.com if interested.
If also you are interested in any issues that aren't music related (politics, religion, entertainment), Clayton can maybe even post those things up...
The other is for MET Magazine, which I don't know much about, but they concentrate in Metal, Rock, Indie Rock and Hip-hop, but are open. Contact them here: http://myspace.com/metmagazine

This blog aims to have much bootlegs disponibles in streaming, and info's about the band.
For the moment, this blog is a little empty...only a few bootlegs. |

(I just hope this is the right place to write this post...but I really need to say it to someone!)
I'm so pissed off...This Xmas has been WEIRD...First of all, my dog died on Xmas Day...The dog I had for 7 years, and I don't even know why. It was like sleeping but instead was death...
Then, my older sister returned her engagement ring yesterday. Now I not only have to deal with the fact I'm sad cuz of the death of my dog, but also with the fact that she is very sensitive...
Today I phoned I guy I dated in november. Told him about these days and just said: we'll I've been partying a lot with my new girlfriend... Can I call you again in 1 hour? and guess what: he didn't call!!!!!!!!!! (obviously...)
I was planning to go out to the beach for New Year (Acapulco) just to get some distance with all but guess what... my mom is sick with an infection in her stomach and...I wouldn't like to leave her alone and sick for New Year... I really don't know what to do...
What else am I supposed to expect for these days???
sorry if this wasn't the right place to write this, but...I'm really pissed off!! |

I'm really sorry to hear about all this you're going through. Your dog...I'm very sad for you here. It's really hard to lose an animal; to me they are more than just a pet to own. I hope your mother gets better as well. I can imagine your disappointment at not going to Acapulco...though I do think you are a caring, great daughter to put your mother first & be concerned enough to stay home with her. Sometimes it seems that all the bad things happen at once, big things & little things that seem to just add up.
I hope things get better for you, & your family, soon.
Take care. _________________

We use to think at Christmas as the happiest moment of the year, everybody thinks to deserve a happy Christmas, that's maybe why we push a lot of expectation into it but the world doesn't stop to turn in these days and bad things happens as well. A very close friend of mine lost his dad exactly one year ago...he was about to party for the New Years eve. If most of the people is happy we see our pain stronger, the human being is very sensitive to the constrast.
I'm very sorry for you Lups and it's totally right what solstar said, we even have a way of saying which is "Piove sul bagnato" ("It rains on the wet") and I hope that you'll work out this bad time, I wish you all the best for you and your family. _________________ I once had a 10 years of Travelling Without Moving celebrations banner here... |

Thanks Solstar and FunkyDonkey for your your wishes and messages.
What u say is absolutely true: its amazing how sometimes bad things happen in a very short period of time and the contrast of watching people around you soooo happy when you are soooo pissed off, actually pisses you off even more. Plus, I honestly miss my dog...
Still, today I thought I really need to be positive and try to keep my mind busy. So any recommendation of books, movies, or whatever, is truly appreciated...
Thanks again for listening! (reading) |
