I'm happy for our friends from this area who seem to be safe and in good health
But I also have a thought about all those people who suddenly; in one day lost everything; materials things and/or even relatives, for some stupid political reasons they have nothing to do with.
I hope that at least the broadcasted violent videos on TV news will make a lot of people thinking about the luck they have to live in a peaceful country, having a family, an house and a work; instead of complaining all day along for some silly little things like I hear where I work.
We are fortunate ones, don't forget it. _________________ Smile ~ |

Thanks for worrying for us!
I'm OK, but I'm really stressed with all that situation((
In that situation I don't want to support any politician coz I do not support both presidents. Unfortunately that's a conflict not between Russia and Georgia, it's between Bush and Putin. And as a result innocent people are being hurt. Who cares now who has started all this shit? Yes, Georgia started attack on Osetia on the day when Olympic games were opened, but things that have done Russian soldiers in Gori...........
I have friends who have died from Russian side and from Georgian and that's horrible, I can't even go to Georgia to the funerals. |

Sure mate, this also means your president is not a civilized person, cos he is the one who started the war. And Russians simply did what they had to do to stop the fire in Tskhinvali. It is not like I'm advocating any violence and I hope you don't think intervention for a pleasurable decision for anyone in Russia, including Putin and Medvedev. It's just everyone blaming Russia and condoling with Georgia. Nobody even thinks about people from South Ossetia who became the victim of Saakashvili's genocide. If you do think about them, then probably Russia's actions will not seem that meaningless.
Once again, I'm not advocating the violence and I feel deeply for all the people who suffered from this conflict. I just want people to stop looking at the situation from the anti-Russian Western media's point of view. |

Oh please, stop political speaches!
Think better of people who are hurt and killed because of these politicians!!!
There are no one who's right or wrong on the war!
And also I want to say to those who live in Russia and Georgia - better watch not your news or american ones, but at least smth like Sky News, to have information that doesn't support any side - and channels in Russia and Georgia only blame on each other and never say anything bad on themselves. Press in our countries is no longer objective. Putin controls everything here, and in Georgia....well just remember what has happened to Iberia TV, when they dared to say a word against Saakashvili.
I have a friend who's on the war on the Russian side, I have a friend who's fighting for Georgia, and believe me, they are telling me horrible things, both 'warriors' are doing smth that you could hardly imagine. Genocide unfortunately has happened from both sides. But this is war
And for me it's very hard now to take anyone's position because my parents are Russians, I'm Russian, my heart belongs to Georgia for all the time, I'm citizen both of Russia and Georgia, I have spent more than half of my life in Georgia, I have seen war with Abkhasia, I was there and I know what it is like, I have friends in Georgia/Abkhasia/Osetia and I can't tear up myself
That's why I'm not going support nor Russia nor Georgia, I will only support those people who've died or been hurt because of politic ambitions of both countries. |

Well, this was basically what I tried to say, but I was talking about Ossetians.
Everyone seems to think of Russia as a big ugly bear who's bullying innocent freedom-loving Georgia. But the hypocrytic US puppet of a Georgian president is the aggressor here, and both Georgian and Ossetian people suffer because of him.
And please, the ARE people who are right or wrong in a war. The ones who started the war are normally those who are wrong. |

You really think that only Osetians were hurt??
Look here, this was done by russians in Gori http://cyxymu.livejournal.com/430380.html?style=mine
And if Russia is so so good then why did they send forces to Gori, which is georgian town?
Why did my friend had to die because of russian politics? why??
Why didn't they stop that shit in Osetia? Why did they have to enter Gori?? For what reasons????
And after that we(russians), yes we are agressors not less than Saakashvili who's started bombing Osetia. |

Of course I don't. But the official estimates so far are:
Number of Ossetian civilians killed in Tshinvali by Georgians: 1600.
Number of Georgian civilians killed in Gori by Russians: 20.
And still, everyone thinks Georgia is the main victim.
And why did Russians bomb Gori? Cos there are Georgian military bases there. When you are at war you destroy your enemy's military equipment, don't you?
As for the the photos — I don't believe Reuters, they have long been known for making photo frauds. Read this if you haven't already.
And what on Earth does anything have to do with the Cold War?? We're just expressing our opinions. |

Thanks everyone who supported Jamily members, including I, but... there is one "but", you ONLY know the news you've heard or seen on TV and I must say that (Meiki knows it) that I was there when the Russian jet plane dropped the bomb in military base when thousands of rezervists were there
Then the droped the bomb in all the buildings where civilians were
They are robbering everything and stealing everything they can take
They've bombed the Poti port have sank 3 ship
They are stealing linens, bed-clothes, underwears and even bathroom equipments
They've kidnapped young lady and nobody knows where she is
They have shooted turkish journalits when they were trying to take a shot
...and this above is a drop of a water in a whole earth water what they are still doing
All this has started after when they have signed the Peace Document
...and if see that they are robbering your house and will try to shoot, they will have a rason to resume the shooting and only covering from them will be that We, Georgians killed their soldier and they defended their side
All this time I didn't wanted to say a word, but if anybody here has a question, I'm All Ears _________________
