After a while Jay came out of his room. He said that he has been really proud of us tonight. I asked him if he realised that we were about 30 people from jamirotalk in the frontrow from about 12 different countries. And he said: "Yes!! I do know that and I appreciate that you are coming from so far to our gigs!!" After some chatting he said: "You know what, I will show you one song of the new album! I just need a cd player!"
He was running around, trying to find a way to show us the song.. the whole jamily sneaking after him...haha!! Too funny!! 
Then we went outside to the truck and there was that mercedes.
I made it into the car and we were listening to parts of 3 songs!! Very very special moment!!! Jay way very proud to present us the tunes. They were very raw demos.. he was sometimes singing along to instrumental parts, then he said: here we will add some brass... It was so great!
He said that he appreciates so much our support and that's why he was showing us the tunes. He said: Once, when the album comes out you can say: Ah, I know this!! 
About the songs: they sound different... very surprising, catchy.. but I couldn't really describe it. One song was called: "I could see you dancing"
Also, the songs were not ready. They surely will sound different on the album.
It was lovely to see how proud he was about the stuff. He enjoyed to present it to us.
Jay was in a really thankful mood. He often expressed this, also during the concert!
After that he said goodbye to all of us with loads of hugs!   |
Congrat all the people that was at the mercedes and listenig the tunes.

I recorded TWM and HT with my camcorder but the sound is very crappy. I will later try to improve it. After TWM my batteries were empty, so I took my other photocamera and recorded Love Foolosophy and I am surprised that the quality is way way better!! I should have recorded more...

yes, I know... i thought i had recorded it til the end... i wonder if there was a pre-setting in the camera which stops after 10 minutes...???  Sorry about that...

Did anybody notice, there was this guy, (press) with a big ass camera?
Well i did, and i took a pic of his shirt, with web adress.
( becaue i knew....i will not remember this, so the pic was a WHAT???)
