Jamiroquai perform theme tune for BBC television series
Hello talkers,
Directly from Funkin.com:
| Quote: |
"Television channel BBC Two has just started broadcasting a new series called "Charley Boorman: Ireland to Sydney...", where presenter Charley Boorman travels on a motorbike across three continents, 25 countries and over 20,000 miles from Ireland to Australia.
Well, the interesting thing is that Jamiroquai perform the theme tune to this new show. If you're in the UK you can watch the show on BBC iPlayer, and I'm sure someone will be kind enough to rip the audio of the theme tune, upload it and post a link as a news comment sooner or later.....

Cool, so I guess we'll have to wait and see (hear)

It's only the beginning of the programme and is about 33 seconds long, they do not play it again at the end
But - i have captured the audio in HQ
http://rapidshare.com/files/143631504/Jamiroquai_theme_tune_-_HQ.wav.html
i have downloaded the prog to watch but it will probably be available on torrent sites soon. Once you download you can only watch it on the BBCi player for 30 days and cannot keep it on hard drive. But it doesn't feature Jamiroquai anyway apart from the titles and i have spotted he must be a fan as near the end he is in a boat wearing JK15 Oakley's - but without the headphones maybe a freebee??
i will somehow try to get stills but it is not easy. _________________

Thanks Russ!!
I'd love to hear the full song (in case it even exists). This snippet is way too short...
I have to say that the stuff we heard in that mercedes in Ahaus was better... but that's just my opinion. I guess they had to comply some standards they were given for this theme.
Yeah, it's always great to hear something new, isn't it?
