Hi Janluka,
I just read your posts (sorry, I don't come around often!). I'm not quite sure what you're actually looking for... You're trying to list stuff that's not on Funkin, am I right ?
If you want, I still have all the discography I had set up on my old website (it lists pretty much everything I got my hands on until the release of AFO), but I don't think there's much in there that's not already on Funkin, since I used to contribute to David's discography. Yet, it lists the European promo 12" of Cosmic Girl you mention above, so maybe there are some other interesting picks in there!
Apart from that, on the "rare and obscure" side, I heard a couple of times about an Australian 12" of Virtual Insanity, containing the same tracks as the "remixes" CD single:
- Virtual Insanity - Single Edit
- Virtual Insanity - Unreality Mix
- High Times - Sanchez Radio Edit
- Space Cowboy - Classic Club
- Alright - Tee's In House Mix
- Cosmic Girl - Classic Mix
I cannot swear it exists, but the info I had gathered at that time had led me to think so...
Let me know if you want my website's "archive" for reference ! |

I've got all the US album releases+night tales (8 albums total), the montreal dvd, the verona dvd, the high times music vid. coll. dvd, the wooden singles box collection, and also the orenda jacket. I also own a good amount of live concert cd's, some that seem official, others that look bootleg. I'll post pictures when I have time. =) |

I thought I may as well mention here...
I'm on the look out for any silver bootlegs from the ROTSC and TWM eras, in particular 'Japan Tour '95' but also others like Funky paradise, Free Jazz fest Brazil '97 etc. And if it exists (I'm dubious) Everything is good.
If you have anything that you wish to part with, send me a pm , and we might be able to work out a deal.
Unfortunately I've never seen a copy of Japan '95, but I think they do exist. I don't think Chile 97 was ever made into a silver bootleg, but I could be wrong. _________________ Bass to jazz.... j-j-j-jazz to bass... |

The Japan 95 was made a silver bootleg of it. The rest, from the list you're searching for only funky paradise.
All the other bootlegs, were released by fans only... _________________

You're sure Brazil '97 wasn't made into a silver? Because one of the covers looks pretty official, its got planet live on it as well... anyway I'll find out.
Also, if anyone's interested, there's a silver copy of Alive Without Travelling available at galaxymusic.com.au for $50 AU. This one's pretty rare I think . I'm not gonna bother, because I'm only going to buy my holy grail silvers.
Titanium and Funk Attack on Brussels can also be bought off a site, can't remember the name. Just google serch for them, it'll be one of the first results. _________________ Bass to jazz.... j-j-j-jazz to bass... |

Brazil '97 was only broadcasted in TV, but never released into a silver CD or DVD. _________________

Hey Doc,
Sorry, but I'm pretty positive that Acid Jazz also released a Cassette Single !
I don't remember where I saw that, but in a press release or add for the AJ single, it said it was also available on "MC", as they say.
I'll try to recall where I heard that from... |
