It's been a very long time since I recommended something. And when I did in the past it was usually old stuff from 70's.
Now I have the pleasure to recommend the following song: 'Hudson' by Jeff Lorber. The song is from the album 'He Had A Hat' released in 2007.
Some of you may notice a not so subtle similarity with 'Colibri' by Incognito (Tribes Vibes + Scribes [1993]). But nevertheless this is a great song although it can be considered somewhat a "rip-off". I'll write it off as pure coincidental though. 
Jeff Lorber has made some really wicked songs. I urge you to check him out.
I guess I should stay to my tradition of recommending 70's tunes... so here's a gem from 1979: Jeff Lorber Fusion - Raindance
