2009 is already proving to be very productive it seems, it's #18 in my Foolin' Around series and I reckon I've cobbled together some cracking tunes for you! This mix probably won't get you itching to get out in the middle of the dancefloor, it's heavy on the soul but a little lighter on the beats but it's perfect for winding up, or winding down. Deesh - I put together another Boxing Mix for you and your fellow 'Gym Rats' (as promised) - head over to WaxDJ and download the 'Extra Mature' mix for some inspirational sounds that'll get you hot & sweaty.

This is also a really good mix for anyone who is looking to get more familiar with the Soulful House sound. Packed full of classic tracks and easily digestible tuneage!
