Explicit lyrics?
I was just wondering how many tracks contain explicit lyrics? The only one I can think of at the moment is 'Just Another Story', does anyone know of others or has Jay been a good boy? |

Don't remember any "bad" lyrics on Use The Force, however Radio from High Times Singles has a bad word in it. |

Thanks very much for your input! I think Love Blind also has a naughty word in too actually.
So songs I've flagged up are: Just Another Story, Radio and Love Blind - I think Use The Force is clean from what I can recall.
...I don't think it would matter at such a late time but you can never be too careful! I've tried censoring Just Another Story but it still is coming out as explicit, so unfortunately I may have to cut that track a little short.
Compared to some other artists whose songs I've had to censor in the past though Jamiroquai are angels! |

I've managed to censor all three songs no so we should be good to go as I can now play everything in full!
Ofcom regulations mean we can't broadcast swearing at anytime on the station, which can sometimes make things difficult - especially if it's only 'minor' words. |

It needed to be censored for a radio show. It's regulated so if Ofcom hear any swearing in any of the songs we play then they can stop us broadcasting. They sometimes let go little slips of the tongue with guests etc but if there has been amply time to prepare in advance then they frown upon swearing in songs.
I know it's petty but rules are rules and I don't to be getting into hot water unnecessarily. I'm sure that the censoring that I did for the three songs was hardly noticeable anyway. |
