thank you all.
grandmother is in the hospital and my new baby nephew is battling some serious health concerns, but we are staying positive and there is light....
nephew looks great today and alert and digesting food and everything.
he goes to many dr. appt's over the next week.

Deesh honey, how is everything with you? Sending you a little prayer for your family my dear friend 
For all my other Jamirofriends and Jamily, apologies that I haven't been in direct contact with you lately, am still busy with the house move from last year (it's taking ages to sort out) and I have been doing a lot of research in trying to decide on a new career path to take which has finally come to light. Am very pleased about my decision and I know that this is something which I will enjoy. Anyway, I just wanted to share it with you and am looking forward to getting life back to normal and spending more time on here!
I hope you are all safe and well.

I haven't posted in some time. But I'm back... ish. I've just started with uni again this year, this time on the Architecture career. That is already sucking up most of my time. And then there are also plans to move... which will keep me from doing anything (besides boxing and later de-boxing stuff) for a little while as well... sometimes I feel like time goes by so fast...
I hope everyone is well around here, and that everything turns out well for you and yours Deesh.
And Anna... do I feel we're sort of sharing a situation? hehe

As CosmicBear did before me a long time ago, I quit smoking, exactly last thursday.
To help myself I use Nicotine patches.
Honestly, I didn't suppose it to be so hard to stop smoking, otherwise I wouldn't sit here and write something on the forum at nearly one o'clock in the morning.
I can't sleep, due to my desire to tobacco. But I fight this desire.
Yes, because I already feel the benefits of having stopped smoking:
- My flat smells better.
- My clothes smell better.
- I can breathe more freely again.
To end this post, I quote a well-known sentence from the French film "Le pari":
