Your Jamiroquai album charts
I don't know if a similar thread exists already on the board, so I start a new one.
Well, of the six Jamiroquai albums out so far, enumerate the album you like most to the one you dislike the most.
Here's my choice of the moment:
1. The Return of the Space cowboy
2. Emergency on Planet Earth
3. Synkronized
4. A Funk Odyssey
5. Travelling without moving
6. Dynamite
I can't say any of these albums are bad, in a strict meaning, although Dynamite is quite mediocre compared to the other 5 albums. It doesn't have the flow in its entity the previous 5 albums have.
And yes, I put Synkronized and AFO in front of TVM! Synkronized, because, well, I think songs like Soul Education, Black Capricorn Day and Canned Heat simply rock!!!
AFO, because I think Jamiroquai took a turn there they should have followed in Dynamite.
It might happen that some of you check or remember what I wrote in previous topics. Yes, I changed my mind a bit.
TROTSC and EOPE are still my favourites, but I'm like losing the feeling for TVM, but AFO is growing more and more to me. _________________

I agree, it may be a temporary thing. I used to like a lot TWM but lately listening to it a little bit less. Anyway:
1. The Return Of The Space Cowboy (I think that is one of the best records ever made)
2. Emergency On Planet Earth (hey. this is acid jazz!)
3. Travelling Without Moving (Stu's work is great on that album, but overall doesn't worth as much as the other two of the Zender-era)
4. A Funk Odyssey (it's a little bit far than my tastes but it still sounds good, Main Vein and Love Foolosophy are masterpieces)
5. Synkronized (some great songs, but... don't know, I don't like it so much, you can hear that the band wasn't ok at all, after Stu's departure)
6. Dynamite (even if Randy Hope-Taylor is great... don't like it so much) _________________ there's a stillness in time, which I cannot define, does your heart bleed like mine?

Hmm... I'd say this is my order of preference, although they are all great records and each and every one of them has a (although different) unique quality and feel that I love and none of them I really "dislike".
1. Emergency On Planet Earth
2. Travelling Without Moving
3. A Funk Odyssey
4. Dynamite
5. The Return Of The Space Cowboy
And Syknronized... well, I still don't have it
I guess I'll go whip my back for a little while for that. _________________
