TROTSC Remastered
Do you think this album will ever receive the remastering job it deserves? The levels are so low on especially noticeable when played in shuffle rotation with other Jamiroquai albums. Of course production and mastering levels got much greater with Dynamite but even EOPE has much better production and mastering levels than TROTSC and production levels were back to normal on TWM. |

Hmmm... In my opionion there is no need to remaster the whole album...
Ok, I think I know what you mean and want, and... If you want to, you could remaster the whole album with your own settings ... _________________

"Remastering" means that you have the pre-master recording, where you can work individually on each instrument, apply different settings/effects to drums, bass, key, vocals, etc and mix the instruments the way you want. If you just take the whole song and apply EQ or other effects, that's not remastering. And yes, I would love to have a remastered ROTSC (provided it is a good remastering). In fact, there has been a similar discussion here http://jamirotalk.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4318 |
