Hey there...i'm kinda new to this site. Been on before under a different name but i forgot my login info because its been such a long time. I post comments here n there on funkin.com as rudeboy. Been listening to jamiroquai since I was 12, first song i ever heard from the band was blow your mind on a tv show that used to air in toronto, canada called electric circus and I've been hooked ever since! Thanks for having me on this site! Long live Jamiroquai!

Hi. Well, first, I'll introduce myself. My name is Fabrizio and I'm from El Salvador. I'm a new fan of Jamiroquai. Just in November of 2009, I wasn't even thinking that today I can't listen no other music not being JQ. And it's amazing. You know, I am a fan of two artist/groups. The artist it's a latin singer called Luis Miguel. He sings romantic stuff and pop (up-tempo) music. And the band is Maroon 5, that you should know. When somedoby knew about me liking both of those artists, he told me: Oh, Jamiroquai is also good and he said to me another artist name that I can't remember. He's not fan of JQ but as somebody that like funk music, well, has to know JMQ. And I didn't. Well, I knew a few songs such as Canned heat, Virtual Insanity and Love foolosophy. So, one day, but those songs in mine, I decided to download an album of the band (EOPE) and totally liked me. I was fascinated because that was the kind of music that I've always been looking for. Now I have all the discs and 2 officials DVD's (Verona, Montreux). And I have them because I started to look concerts of the band in youtube and, as you may know, they're amazing gig's. And one reason may be that they perform some songs better at a concert than in the disc. Besides the official gig's, I'm collecting, thanks to Jamirotalk, a lot of unofficial gig's and booglets. Now... I'm a proud fan of the band...
So, that's me. A pleasure.

I've forgotten this topic ! Sorry.
Well i'm 37 years old, and i discovered this group in 1994.
Since this year, i heard nearly all the years till today Jamiroquai. ( Not only this group of course )
The reason is quite simple, i like a lot Jazz, funk and disco.
I'm architect, but i play piano jazz since 25 years now. I 'love' a pianist called Monty Alaexander, this is why i like really much jazz since my young age.
This is not the only one pianist i like, i like to play some Keith Jarrett, Michel Petrucciani, or Ahmad Jamal tunes. But the Calypso style and rythms ( Bossa nova / Be pop / Ballad ... ) of Monty Alexander is too great !
So the style of Jamiroquai was quite close to my ' world '.
Today, one of my best tune from Jay and his group is TWM Montreux 2002. The scat at the end is soooooo goood !
Like many of you, i've got a large collection of bootlegs. I saw them of course in France, many times. Private or public gigs.
I'm very proud, like Gobiline, be a fan of this amazing group.
