Hi all, I saw the excellent show at the Olympiahalle from the front row yesterday and it was really quite fantastic. I managed to get some pretty good pics (for a compact digital camera) which I may post some time later.
As I was noting down the setlist song by song during the actual concert, I am giving here the exact setlist for March 26th, which slightly corrects the one by David:

(*) First 2 minutes or so of LF were an acoustic version, followed the complete "normal" version (repeating the part sung in the acoustic version as well).
(**) TWM ended with a little bit of Scam! It is the excellent intro part of the tune heavy with the brass section, as known from Scam (Live at Paradiso, Amsterdam).
As you can see, Hey Floyd was not performed, unfortunately! Also unfortunately they did not play She's a Fast Persuader even though they played it during the practice session.
Several tunes had slightly different versions, mostly differing in intro/outro or breaks. There were several nice breaks and all in all good fun, not just a technical concert with tunes "as on the album".
I really appreciate seeing the brass section again, one basically has 12 people on the stage now, 6 main members and 6 of the supporting musicians/singers. |
