Maybe they were in Costa Rica for the simple reason of having plenty of good quality and cheap coffee in supply to keep the pepped up with caffeine.

I believe that the delay is for the delicate blending and mixing of the album tracks (not the coffee).

For me no matter how spectacular a remix single is, the album version always remains the best version of the song. This is simple because it was perfected the first time around. Sheer genius. I think you will all agree with me on that when Jamiroquai does something right, they really do attain perfection.

And if that perfection is going to cost another six months or year - I won't complain because the new album is going to be the sixth of already five albums which consitute milestones in my life. I don't want one of them to be hurried and substandard.

It's either Costa Rica or neighbouring country where you can see the Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific Ocean at the same time with the naked eye (without technical equipment). Perhaps the geographic scenery was intended to be a prime source of inspiration for eco-friendly lyrics.

Sadly Costa Rica is also suffers from extreme poverty for the large majority of the population, this again could have been an inspirational point for lyrics about third world debt.

The stunning beauty of the Costa Rican people is another factor to consider which may have stimulated more than just the lyrics and rhythyms !!!

No no no no... live versions are better... cos the musicians can perform new sounds to the song... Remember Stillness in Time Live, it's ending's so great!!!, and Scam, Corner of the Earth of Verona... so i think live versions are the best ones... don't know what you think.

personally i think the driving ban is great for the new album...gives publicity. and what better about singing about a fast car then getting a driving ban for driving too fast.

no. if it was a publicity stunt, then it was 6 months too early. people will forget about that he lost his licence.

anyway, if they need to have more time to refine the album, then do so. i don't want to listen to another Synkronized.

or what if theyre just holding it off to bring it out when other bands aren't going to release anything???

and it might be a reason to launch it big in the us of a, coz it might be a more "summer" album, which would be suited to the yanks as it would be summer up there! (and the rest of the northers hemisphere) it would get plenty of airtime on the radio and then might be a #1 in the us!

and you know what that means?!?! a US tour!!!! yay!!!!
