New Rumour: Release date (album or single) March 7th 2005
Hello Jamirotalkers,
During my usual internet search, the MusicMen site ( http://www.musicmen.co.uk/content.php?content.68 ) -which we already saw time ago- now states the new album (still TBC) for a March 7th Release:

Again, as we always know, just rumours 
In other news, Sony Music Denmark ( http://www.sonymusic.dk/dk/kommendeudgivelser.php ) is not listing the album anymore.
 Today, November 1st, was one of the rumour releases...

I got the album....!!!!!
 Hello,
(Rushes into Jamirotalk in a heavy sweat, ripes off jacket and throws it onto the chair. Gasping for breath, sits in chair and barely has enough energy to type out the following post)
Oh man, it is a right "madhouse" at my local record store, but I'm glad to report I got the new Jamiroquai album. *Drinks some Gatorade*...I mean, dang, there were hundreds and hundreds of people there today, clamoring for the new Jam album. Thank goodness I had my copy prepurchased, or I would have probably gotten into a street fight for my copy. Anyway my copy is...(Looks down at CD and is shocked to see it's not a Jamiroquai new album at all, just a copy of the latest Kenny G album. Jam smashes the CD into the ground and screams) NOOOOOOOO!!!! I CAN'T WAIT ANY LONGER!!!!!!
 Hehe ! Sorry, I couldn't resist, I'm though a bit skeptical about the people at the Musicman site, they could be just slapping that release date up just to rile up the fanbase (yet again!). Oh well, the wait continues...thanks for listening and Peace!

Ha Ha!! That was really funny, you describe it so good that I could imagine you smashing the fake JMQ CD into the ground!
Hello again,
Even if it what you say about the site Brent, they should know by somehow that the release date was pushed back to March/ April. And I can't imagine the people from MusicMen reading Sola's site 
What I'm trying to say is, they must get the information from somewhere... or the March date is just a coincidence

I just found an article about Sony's forthcoming releases:

still doesnt have a definite date on it.
note that Jason Cheah states "you can hope for more releases over the first few months of next year,", and you know what that means.
he probably sourced that from here, or from the funkin.com site. |

Well, I guess it doesn't help us impatient people on here but if a March release is the rumour I guess it's still pretty early days for any confirmation of this. A lot can happen in four months or be planned to be done!! |
