Pierced TONGUE!!!!!!
Hi guys,
Got something cool to tel ya. Last wednesday I've got my tongue pierced. Nope, no pictures yet, 'cos it looks really digusting right now. But as soon as it is healed, I will make one for ya.
Does anyone else in here has something pierced?

I have had my tongue pierced for about 6 years now. Although I was one of the lucky ones because I only had swelling for about a day. Lots of Ice and Ice cream. And after a few months switch to a non metal barbell during the day and keep the metal one in while sleeping. The reason for this is so the surgical steel doesn't wear down the enamel on the back of your teeth. I've seen some horror stories with people breaking large chunks of their teeth because of worn down enamel....Just some friendly advice

I know that fact!
But, I have to say that depends on which place it's pierced. mine is in the middle of my tongue. My barbell doens't hit my teeth at all. So I know what you mean, only I don't have that problem.
But thankx for the tip!

oh ok...mine is closer to the tip...What size did you get to start off ...14 gage or 12 gage? I started with 12 and I moved up to 10 a few years back.

Well the piercing didn't hurt at the moment of piercing. But after a few hours the hurting started 
The next morning I had a very blown-up tongue. And eating was hell 
But now, a week later, my tongue is getting to it's normal size, eating is on my schedule again and smoking is aloud once again.
