I think every loss of life is equally sad...if it is due to a nature catasthrophe or coming from politcal reasons...I can not judge one live or death reason for another...so I see no sense for me in voting. Crying or Very sad

Yes loss of life in any capacity is sad but this was meant just to be a strictly objective poll. For example 9/11 and croatia personally affected me more but I chose the current disaster in Asia because of the sheer volume of lost life.

I can't vote on this either I'm afraid. All are equally bad: they just have different circumstances around the tragedy & loss of life... Crying or Very sad All touch people & have long lasting reprecussions... 2indifferent

i live in south east asia..and live in the same country as davina..and all malaysians feel sorry and sad for all the victims who lost their lives and love ones in the tsunami tragedy...almost 100,000 lives were lost...even here in malaysia we lost almost 100 lives...malaysia never been strucked with such a massive tragedy that deal with nature before as we believe that malaysia were safe from any nature angst like earthquake, typhoon or tsunami..but what happened on 26/11/2004 open alot of eyes that disaster can struck anywhere even in free-nature disaster country like malaysia (Malaysia is outside the earthquake ring, path of the typhoon etc)...i want to take this chance to wish you all a happy new year and may you all bless with good fortunes in 2005...

You forget the 1960 Valdivia's (Chile) earthquake, the worst earthquake in the world. Almost 10 degrees! and with tsunami included. Towns were covered with the water and rest actually at the bottom.

Anyway, the disasters won't disappear. Hoping Jamiroquai not...

Have a Didgin', Nicolas. Rolling Eyes
