To answer KMack, Serge and Catman:
Speed restrictions are like traction control on cars: it's there to protect the stupid.
traction control will stop a car spinning out if it goes around a corner too fast and will stabilise the car.
speed limits are the exact same. you get the "one percenters" where they all abuse their privileges to drive faster, because they end up as a road menace.
sure, there are some people that are trained for high risk/speed driving, but most arent. hence the reason for speed limits.
it's like in the northern territory of australia (where ayres rock is): there are no speed limits on the open, highway roads. you can do whatever speed you want (weather and skill permitting).
but you get these "one percenters" of people who are rich, dumb and cannot drive at all in their Subaru WRX's/big-arsed V8's and do 200km/h+(140mph+). and then they go over a blind crest and there might be a corner with a bit of negative camber. then they crash and die. or they hit a kangaroo and they die, both the kangaroo and the driver.
that's the problem. the 1% of drivers that can't drive, or are a menace to other ones.
that's the problem i face: everyone labels me as a bad driver only because there are people just like me who do really bad things in their car. again "the one percent" who ruin it for others.
thanks for listening. |

I am 31, my hubby Miran (funkmaster here at Jamirotalk) will turn 35 next month, my two boys are 5 years and 19 months "young".
On the avatar photo I am about 4 or 5 years, I guess.
That's it!

By the way, I've added a poll, so you can see at first sight, which consistence of age the Jamirotalk members have. _________________ ~ I look up to Heaven, every star I see is mine.
