Jamiroquai Official News!!!
Yep, it doesn't happen often, but here it is:

Welcome along to what promises to be a really exciting year for all Jamiroquai fans out there.
In the Jamiroquai camp we're all getting ready for the release of the bands' sixth album. The album is almost complete and the final touches are being put to the last few tracks.
Jay and Sony are currently deciding upon what the first single will be, and there are currently a couple of great tracks being considered. Once a decision has been made the promo video will be shot and additional single tracks/remixes decided. Although no dates have been set, current plans indicate that the album is due to hit the streets sometime late Spring with the single shortly beforehand.
We're still in the planning stage of a world tour that will hopefully begin in the Summer. We're also hoping to play at some Summer festivals as well but nothing has been confirmed yet. Stay tuned.
The band are currently rehearsing some of the new tracks in preparation for the upcoming tour and things are starting to get really exciting.
Regular visitors to the J.Talk message board will probably be aware that we are in the process of revising the site for the new single and album so prepare to see some new designs, a new forum and lots of exclusive news from the band coming to you real soon.

Late spring. Hm 
Well, that doesn't do for me. Late spring is something like may or june right? And I don't see anything new on jtalk yet.
Ah well, I'm used to that, I'm just glad we got some official news.

Hmm, I kind of find it surprising that the webmaster didn't just go ahead of posting "even more indepth album news" on J-Talk in the e-mail he sent to Mtey . Anyway,  much thank you for sharing that news Mtey, looks like our "Charlie Roberts" (Official Site Webmaster) has taken a liking to you ....hehe.  So it is indeed a "late spring" Jamiroquai release schedule, still, if a lynch-mob of angry Jami Fans flock in front of Sony HQ with picket signs reading "WE WANT THE NEW JAMIROQUAI ALBUM NOW!!!", then they brought it onto themselves .  All I can continue to suggest is keep your calm, I have mentally counted this late Spring Jami release as a "given delay", anymore delays ...then they will have hell to pay! Hello Jamirotalkers,
Here I am posting after another post from the people behind the Official page, telling us 'Wait a little bit more' once again.
All I can say is that they better have something good for us. After all this waiting, at least they could come up with 15/ 16 track album, good remixed with great B.Side songs, and a video that will win all the possible awards!
No, but seriously, I'll be very disappointed if they come back with another strange sound experiment...

Early Summer Tour begining...
It sounds like they`ll start their tour at Montreaux Jazz Festival - and sometimes in 2006 we`ll have the video recording of it I hope... |

lol people, all those who have registered on official site became members of official Jamiroquai newsletter.
I've been registered for more than two years and this is I think second mail from there. I think the first one was about LateNighTales. |
