Wouldn't you like, wouldn't you like, wouldn't you liiike...
I have to say I found this and I'm addicted. I've been listening to Shoot The Moon over and over. If this is the band's direction I'm hooked. I can totally dig the sound. The bass is kinda harsh but that's just bad mixing in my opnion. I definately am looking forward to the new album. |

Shoot the Moon
I've heard people talking about this, but anyone know where i can get it.
Is it a B-side to a single or just a one off song _________________ I never know what to do 'til im there with you... |

So far all I've found is that it was preformed at the Jazz Fest in 2003. I don't think it is a B-Side, just like Slippin 'n Sliddin with lyrics was only preformed at a concert (I forget which.) Cool man from Minn. How's the weather up there? Nothing beats a nice cold Chi-town winter. |

I have three concerts on which Slipn n slidin is performed:
- 1996 Royal Albert Hall; bootleg Touring without moving
- 1997 Chicago
- 1997 Galaxy Osaka
There might be other concerts with that song in.
Shoot the moon, only played on Montreux 2003, is available in audio or video (very good quality).
Use the Jamirohub. You can download it from me or others. _________________

Wait LL Cool...
When did the news come out that "Shoot the Moon" wouldn't be on the upcoming album?
Fuse: It's as cold as a Minnesota winter ever is, but there's been not a lot of snow for some reason. Peace! _________________ Wouldn't 'ya like... To walk the sunny avenues of life? |

You can find it in one of Sola Akingbola's answers in EvoV's interview.

We already listened 'Shoot the moon' in Montreux Jazz Festival 2003, this song will be in the new album?
Unfortunately 'Shoot the Moon' has not made the album, but I'm sure we will give it a blast live!

Too bad, hm?

Oh well. Hearing it live even though the Pori Jazz Fest, Jay's voice sounded like crap, the Monteux Fest he did a good job I think. |

I love Shoot The Moon, it's quite repetitive mind, but still great!
Although Sola says it won't be on the album is there any chance is will be a b-side? |

That's exactlly what I was just thinking. I like Shoot The Moon, but if it's not on the album, I hope that means it's been bumped off by much better songs.
Although, i have to say Do It Like We Used To Do was not on the American release of AFO, and I would've prefered that over a few songs that were on the standard release of that album (Stop Don't Panic, for instance).
Guess we'll just have to wait and see. Maybe it'll be on a single, who knows. I would've liked Bullet to have been included on TWOM, but I suppose it doesn't fit the vibe of the rest of the album. |
