new concert confirmations!!!!
According to desConcierto and a number of other sites, Jamiroquai will be performing at the Santander Summer Festival in Spain on the weekend of 8/9 July. (Thu 10 Mar)

I sure hope they play in june/july in Paris, where i'll be during these months...or maybe even Nice Jazz fest, but that'll suck, cos i won't be able to go probably...

This gets me worried that a U.S. tour won't happen at all or it will be at the back end of a world tour. Since Jamiroquai seems to like doing the summer fest gigs, May-September is what's considered "summer" in the U.S. (unless you're south enough where it's warm all year like L.A., Miami, San Diego, etc), so these tour dates this summer are telling me 1 of 3 things:
1) They won't be touring in the U.S. (I sincelrely hope this isn't true)
2) If they do tour in the U.S., they will wait til spring/summer '06 to do it.
3) They will do an arena/auditorium/theatre tour in the U.S.
Im not panicking, Im just impatient like every other U.S. fan...
1 question for Todd_15 though, you can talk smack, but is Jamiroquai's fanfare in Australia all the much bigger than it is in the U.S.?

well.. the album made it into number1 charts for like 4weeks in a row and was in the charts for almost a year! all concerts sold out .... including the festivals they playd at in 2001 then all concerts in 2002 were sold out aswell. ... also in 2001 they had to put on 2extra shows in sydney due to tickets selling out ! so u tell me ? |
