Also the name of the bassist who played is revealed:

Sounds like they had a good gig...I also like the fact that they played Travelling Without Moving, hopefully they'll keep it on the Dynamite tour set list; that is my favorite live JMQ song, hands-down! _________________ "...I feel that Jamiroquai needs to be taken to another stage now. and this other guy never change of clothes.... hehheheh
I'm very excited about these news! Thanks LLCoolJR for the post!
P.D.: I realized that Rob Harris is using the same guitar that Simon Katz and Gavin Dodds used in their tours, see:
Does that mean that Rob is coming back as funky as he can?? heheeh _________________ This is FunkEducation, supporting the 1992-1998 Jamiroquai!!

Gizmondo Gig Review by David Rowe (with Pictures)!
Hello,
Just tripping over to the Official Site and saw that David Rowe has put up, as he promised, his review of Jamiroquai's recent Gizmondo Launch Party performance . Here's a cut n paste of his review, with pictures :
Live Report - March 19
On Saturday March 19th, Jamiroquai were in London performing a private gig.
Kicking off with Canned Heat, and then into Seven Days In Sunny June, the band had the opportunity to showcase some of the new tracks from Dynamite. After rocking the house with High Times, the performed Feels Just Like It Should - the new single to be released in a few weeks time. With a hard rock edge to the track, seeing Jamiroquai perform this live really gives the track justice. After performing the crowd favorite Alright, the band finished with Travelling Without Moving, and it was great to see Jamiroquai are on form and put on a superb live performance.
For recording of Dynamite we used a number of different bass players, and for two most recent performances we've been joined by Richard Murphy. The full band line-up for the upcoming tour has not been entirely finalized yet, and we hope to confirm this shortly.
To whet your appetite for the upcoming tour, here are some photos from the gig:
There you go, pretty cool innit ? There is one funny thing, when he mentioned about FJLIS being out in a few weeks time, I guess this was BEFORE he knew of the latest release delays to June, still not too crazy with more images of that new cotton hat of JK's . Special thanks to David Rowe for this news and the great live pictures ! Thanks for listening and Peace!
Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000 _________________

I used to have this cool album from The Lucky Bishops.
Rich Murphy did vocals and guitar, but I could be wrong.
I don't remember who played bass there. _________________ need a ride ?

( just a little comment from me as admin: there have been two discussions with the same content. as both had good messages, I merged both of them. that's why the chronology of this topic might be a bit confusing...).... for the future: please take care that you avoid double news postings like this one, and use striking headlines!!....CosmicMouse _________________ ~ I look up to Heaven, every star I see is mine.
