Official Website & Forum Changes
Hey kids just got this from J.Talk the official site.... webmaster postd this not long ago!!!! finally hopefully there might be some order in there ... lol

Hi all,
This is a note to let you know that in the next few days J.Talk will be replaced with a new forum.
The J.Talk messages here will not be moved to the new forum (we did investigate doing this but it would have been too complex) but we are hoping to keep J.Talk available in a read-only mode for a short while so that you can save important messages etc.

There will be a new fan section in the oficial site that will be called "jam party people", it was anounced at funkin.com maybe thist is why the j talk disspaears....

 Hello,
 I haven't gotten a chance to discuss this with David Rowe, still very encouraging news ! I mean, J-Talk has been due for a change of look and forum technology for a LONG TIME! Let's hope the new J-talk is going with the same, new and popular forum format of JamiroTalk.net, that is the PHPBB form of forum. The kind that allows personalized signatures, picture avators, and everything that comes with it! And another cool thing that could happen, that I thought I would point out, they could hire some moderators for it! In regards to the possible closure of the Official Site for the new site and the attached new Forum, I don't they need to do that, they can easily delete the old Forum and take a day or 2 to fit the new and shiny forum.  Looks like some of JamiroTalk's stellar mods could work double duty on the J-Talk forum if they need it, I know I would try to be first in line for that possibility, thanks for the news Catman ! Can't wait to see it. Wonder if it has something to do with that screenshot you pasted (design and colours)
p.s.: Funny, it's like jamiroquai.co.uk and jamiroquai.com would be different sites. There's no holding site on jamiroquai.co.uk and. |

someone in another topic said that the album could be in theese colours like the new site is,and the gizmondo gig background was the same..hm..

But on www.jamiroquai.co.uk - you can see only the first pages - if you clik on whatever you want (like JNews, JTour, .. .) - it only open the "missing page" |

I don't even see those. If I go on .co.uk, that small icon appears on left upper corner, but then it gives me "the page cannot be found".
You probably have those sites in cache. Hit F5 button.
On .com and .net, it shows holding page and j.talk. |

"Hello, and welcome to 'Internet Reviews', I'm JamiroFan2000 of JamiroTalk.net, and here's my first review of the show. The current Jamiroquai or should I say JK Official Site is FINALLY in the process of being completely remodeled, so today I will be reviewing the first new image of the holding page of the site. It's a nice holding page but not very official looking, looks like a leftover Jamiroquai screensaver from years ago. I was expecting a nice and new picture of JK popping his head out of a door, motioning with his finger and lips to be quiet and a hanging sign on the door reading 'Under Construction', not some holding page graphic that looks like a rejected 'Stillness In Time" cover. I'm sorry, but this holding page really doesn't raise my hopes of a rejuvinated Official Site with a enviroment that isn't plagued with endless newbie bantor and actual unforced posts from bandmembers, with Derrick & Sola being the rare exceptions. I'm sorry, but I give this holding page to Buffalomen horns down.....next on the show, Mozilla Firefox: Great new Internet Browser OR red rainbow?"
 Hehe...sorry, had to jape about that holding page ! I have no doubt, it will be a nicer new Official Site when compared the last 4 years of that purple neon eyesore. Thanks for listening and I hope the new Official is online by this weekend! Peace!
