New House in Scottland
I just heard in the radio "Pop News" that Jay had bought a house somewhere at the Scottish coast where he can retire from the hard show biz. Sounds nice for him - but what I don't understand is: he always stresses out that he loves sunshine and nice weather. All Scottish guys - don't get me wrong, but nice weather in Scottland

 Maybe he intended to buy a new house in Wales where there is more sunshine but they did not want him there (remember the incident?)

I live just up the road from Jay's Buckinghamshire countryside manor house and he wouldn't have brought that if he considers the weather as a factor as to where he lives!
Scotland probably gets better weather than where I live!!!
But saying that, Jay's manor house is in a wicked location. Stunning gardens, etc. set in the greenfields and rural areas of leafy Buckinghamshire, just what he sings about in his songs. Not that I have ever been up there, as I respect his privacy, but from what I have seen on the TV, etc. It is also only a 10 minute drive to the M40, so London is easily accessible to him.
His Scottish place must really be for him to get away from everything. Even at his manor house he is probably reminded of his work and commitments, so he probably wants a place well away from his normal life and routine.
