I don't expect another AFO release......I think Main Vein was the B Side for COTE. The remixes are already available.
Aside from FEEL SO GOOD (which Knee Deep has made a remix of) there aren't any songs left for release, anyway. The next production to come out of Jam, I think, will either be another album, another single leading to an album, OR (and I think this is most likely) one song written for a movie (like DEEPER UNDERGROUND and EVERBODY'S GOING TO THE MOON) which may or may not be released as a single, depending on the caliber of the song.
Unfortunately, singles won't be released for previous albums either.....personally, I'd like to see a single for Soul Education, or Where Do We Go From Here? (Or, do I dare say it?????????) A RE-RELEASE OF THE ACID JAZZ LABEL SINGLE "WHEN YOU GONNA LEARN?" (including digeridoo, digeridon't, the demo, the J.K. remix, etc.). As you know, this among many other Jamiroquai singles, is quite rare. I can't find it anywhere.
Anyway, to answer your question in short, I doubt it.
Cheers. |

yeah, i agree. i doubt, that they will release another single. as jay said, they want to take a break for a while, so i don't think they are up to promoting another single. _________________ Dear Auntie Em. Hate you, hate Kansas, took the dog. Dorothy. x |

I would actually like to hear a song released for a movie. Characteristically those songs have had a new sound, foretelling what's to come: (Deeper Underground had a much heavier sound than TWOM, and Everybody's Going To The Moon had a sound very similar to that on AFO). They can take a break, but why not write a song in the meantime?
acid jazz acid jazz acid jazz acid jazz acid jazz acid jazz acid jazz acid jazz acid jazz.....
food for thought..... |

I agree with you Freddie. I don't think that they will stop writing in their break. Moviemusic would be great!! Maybe they all go to Scottland for a few weeks and write the Soundtrack for Highlander Part 4 (or 5 or 6 or...)

I heard that a new charlie's angels movie is planned. I think main vein can be perfect for a movie like that!
also, I think that in the sound track of the next star wars movie there should be a new version of use the force, with didge in the chorus (like on some live performances). _________________
