TicketOne problem ordering tickets
Please help me,
I would like to go to genova / Italy to go to the Jamiroquai performance. It's possible to order them via ticketone.it... However they've got an english name they don't know how to speak english, I called them, I asked them if someone speaks english and the answer was NO and they hang up... nice...
If I order the tickets I keep on having errors such as:
Il campo "Provincia" non è valido. -- Italia Milano=MI, Torino=TO - Germania : Bayern=BY; Berlin=BE - Francia : Paris=75; Pas-de-Calais=62 - Olanda : Utrecht=UT; Groningen=GR - Austria: Salburg=5 ; Wien=9 - Spagna: Valencia=V ; Madrid=M
I filled in "UT" however it should be "NBR" but both of them aren't valid!
I don't know how to get those tickets anymore, can someone help me...
I'm not able to speak italian and they don't speak english and don't want to help me... |

Day:12.07.2005
Hour: 09.00 p.m.
Location:Piazza del Mare - Genova
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
TICKET: 34,50 €

Once u bought the ticket on line , it will be shipped to u in a few days or, if u want, u can retire it an hour before the gig.
If u want i can send an e-mail to ticketone and ask some info for u; where do u live exactly?
Anyway, this is the link:

Can relate to the difficulties in trying to purchase tickets from foreign websites!!
I've found this helps a little:
http://babelfish.altavista.com/
If you cut an paste the URL into the section that says "Translate a Web Page" sometimes it makes things a little clearer (but note I said sometimes!) _________________ You're my magic star, don't fly too far from me..... |
