Convert video files Does anybody know with what should I convert avi. to 3gpp?

The program I use to convert movie files to 3gp, whenever i want to upload it to my cell phone, is called ImTOO MPEG Encoder.

yeh it's the best software to use!!
there are so many file types you can convert with this program!

i would use photoshop for it. but the problem is that if the information in the gif have already been lost you won't get it back with the jpg. Sad

Even with Microsoft Paint if you use Windows (it's built in it) and don't want to loose time learning the use of other programs. Open the gif and save as jpeg.

As graphics program I recommend The Gimp (which is free software) or Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop if u wanna pay for it.

Yeh, Paint Shop Pro is a very easy tool to edit images and change file extensions! i recommend it!!!!!!!!!!!

And who knows how in Photoshop to make an effect for pic to shine like mine avatar or like FRA's banner? I understand that I should make several pics and then to combine them in Gif movie gear for example, but how to make those several pics?

your avatar is an animated gif. from what i can tell it has only two or three pictures. the ground layer is the butterfly that doesn't move and on top of that is a layer that has just white dots on it, which are slightly moving from one frame to another.
