yay sex!
i teach about this to a group of teens every tuesday.
anyway, i just wanted to add that part of the problem of why sex is out of hand is because kids and girls especially aren't being taught to respect their bodies and others bodies. to value yourself enough to know that you shouldn't part your legs for just anyone.
to know that your worth extends beyond your genitals and that satisfaction should come from within, not from someone being 'in'.
many of the girls i meet have sex because they want to please their boyfriends or whatever. just the other day, one of my students told me she is having sex and i said, 'have you both been tested'. she said that she has, but she doesn't know about him. i asked her why she didn't know. she said, because he doesn't like to tell me his business.
whaaaaaaat?
i told her...what goes in your body is your business. you would want to know if there was heroin in your pepsi right? she said yes..i said, exactly.
i don't condemn them having sex. i don't encourage it. the reality is they are going to do it. i want them to know the fact, know the consequences if something happens, etc.
also, about the 15 year old having a baby. yes, that is sad. but i think in america we doom them as hopeless and a mistake instead of saying - 'the situation is done. the baby is here. let's concentrate on making sure you finish school, get a higher education, and are a good parent.' i think that we make them feel like all they are worth are a fast food job and living on government assistance, so they accept that as a way of life. even if they see themselves that way, its important to let these young girls know that is not the end and they can rise above.

premarital sex is just absolutely wrong! sex is supposed to be like God's wedding gift to us. interesting and somewhat quirky thought but i'm pretty sure that's what it is. He restricts us from premarital sex to protect us from diseases, getting used and abused, and from damaging our chances at pure relationships.

 great outlook! i really hope you keep that view to avoid many things out there..
i'm a proud christian too...but i will say this - i know people that are in marriages that get diseases (cheaters), and get used and abused. some of my clients are married women who get beat by their husbands, and i even have a man who gets abused by his wife.
they all stay for the sake of their children. i don't judge them just try to help. and being used..i know lots of people that get married so they can use their partners money, status, etc. permanently!
and people don't you know that you can get a disease without having sex....lots of them  . icky!!! especially us women, because of how our body is shaped, we are 10x more likely to catch a disease than men.
