Hello,
Now now, I'm still very much in posting on JamiroTalk when I can, but I have a pretty heavy work schedule, so that negates me from being online as much as I was and usually am during the past summer . I haven't posting that much at all at any of the other Jami forums, mostly just pop in and out to read the latest topics, spending a majority of the time updating the JAMIROQUAI Club Yahoo Group, I still moderate and would like to mention it's about to hit a milestone 800 members . When I see a good topic, I will post in it, if I have the time. I'm sure the other "oldie but goodie fans" like me and the others mentioned will return in due time, once our schedules lighten up OR the holidays are behind us . Still appreciate the thoughts though, thanks for listening and Peace !
Sincerely,
JamiroFan2000 _________________

I'm 44 years old - that qualifies me, but I'm only 4 Jamily years old.

Yes, I have four proud years of Jamiliness under my belt, but still consider myself a 'newbie' in many respects. It's nice to have made acquaintaince with the big guns of Jamily (*** hail, hail, hail ***). _________________ Jamily to the bone !!!

I clearly remember the first ever use of the word 'Jamily', way back before any of these other forums existed and before J.Talk (or whatever it's called now) was even called J.Talk... must have been around a year or so before JPA started up, and JPA's just turned 6, I think.
My first post was way back when the 'official' site was still in it's TWM version! In mid 1998... I guess that makes me an oldie in online terms, and I'm not yet 22...
Scary.

yes sam - i do remember. i wonder how many of us are really, really still around from then - what a glorious era. it's funny to hear people reminisce about the old jtalk, and i tell them...no, no...there was an old, old beat up forum before the reinvention of what you remember - i can still recall the layout of that old, old forum. once it reinvented into jtalk, i stopped using it. it's cool that some of us are still around.
i used to check jamiroquai.com like everyday back then, before it had to close its doors. that site was the BEST. looking back, i would have never thought the jamiroquai community would grow into so many various sites and forums as it is now. it's pretty cool. i met one of my best friends on the old forum, so i am thankful for it.
oh my gosh sam..i've known you virtually for 6 years now?
jpa will always be my first jamiroquai home...even though many people don't post on it...it originated from the 'jamily' idea and i'm happy it's still around |

Those were the days, when wierdness and newbie mania was routine (and still is on some site - LOL), where I first stepped out into the Jamily world and made so many great friends, and wasted away an incredible amount of time !!!
