help please! I'm having some trouble trying to open .avi files When i open them either with winamp or windows media player, i can only hear the sound, no images! as if it was an mp3! Does anyone know what the problem could be? Thanks a lot in advance! Marina

You can try opening them in VideoLAN (another player), you can download it at http://www.videolan.org - I watch most of my videos from VideoLAN as it plays most video types - good luck SAMANTHA

Or just try getting the latest codecs for media player I think theres a link in the 'search & find' thread for all the codecs edit - take a look here............ http://www.jamirotalk.net/forum/viewforum.php?f=10
