... But the lyrics to TWW are in the UK album inlay... and they're not bad... not perfect, but as good as any album inlay transcripitions get...

In direct response to Diego's first post, yes; the lyrics in the booklet for Dynamite are pretty off. At least, that was my immediate impression. I popped the cd in, grabbed the booklet and began listening to all the songs I hadn't heard yet. Looking at the lyrics I realized that something was awry in just about every song!! I dunno. Lazy printer people.
In terms of ghost lyrics, theres a bunch and I find it infinitely fun to speculate as to what is really said in songs like Dynamite.
