I'm going to do some dittoing here.

Yes Peggy - CHOCOLAT - what a refreshingly different film, with one of the best bits of praline that God created in the leading male role.

And thank you .SPACE2COWBOY. for the 'dude' film vote.

I love the bit at the beginning when Bridges is having his head submerged into the U bend for the third or fourth time and his torturer asks 'where is the money ???', and he says: 'I don't know let me have another look', and of course he gets his head shoved down the bog for the fifth time.

Again, the Big Lebowsky like Chocolat, is an off beat film with an unpredicatable story that deals entertainly and poingnantly with many serious social ills.

Anyone like Alan Parker's ANGEL HEART ??? It was recommended to me by a very dear friend, and it was well worth watching, but don't judge it until the very end.

I saw "The Woodsman" ("El Hombre del bosque") the other day...

a good movie... or not, well I don't know

I can only say that this is the best performance of K. Bacon I have seen.

It looks like a 1980's film, the "poor" video quality gives an strange effect...

I finally got around to watching Napoleon Dynamite and it left me with such an empty feeling, that I don't know if I should rate it as one of the worst films I've seen or one with a message that I have yet to understand.

Oh yes Fra, ND is so slow and depressing, and a true manifestation of loser-ville USA.

Like Catters, I didn't know if it was so bad that I could finish it or not, or whether I should smirk or sniffle.

Ed, I also enjoyed Scary Movie 4. I'm a big fan of David Zucker, Jerry Zucker and Jim Abrahams, who did The Naked Gun, Top Secret!, Airplane!, Hot Shots!, etc etc.

That movie is to see on a saturday night, in a full cinema and with friends. If you have all that, is a GREAT MOVIE.

About Napoleon Dynamite. Uff.. I heard so many things about it, and Ale (Abou) gave it to me a couple of weeks ago, when I sat down, I saw only 10 minutes, and headed to the JMQ dancing part Confused UI haven't seen the whole movie, can't talk about it!

lol

Top 5 Movies
1. The Professional (Jean Reno)- 2. Snatch(Brad Pitt)- 3. Half Baked(Dave Chapelle)- 4. King Arthur(Clive Owen)- 5. Five Deadly Venoms(This is a classic old school kung-fu flick). With these five in your collection you can't go wrong!
