I am really late with my comments i know but i actually really like this video now.
I got it late last night (thanks to the Cat for telling me  )
Initially, i thought mmm its 'okay' but after seeing it a few times i really like it.
I love how Jay dances in the space suit near the end of the vid
And like Fra has said, i think its the simplicity of the video that makes it special. Well it makes it special for me anyway
And i also have to agree with romain, this video has made me like the actual track heaps more! |

Nice video. Not one of the best, but there wasn't that much time to shoot and edit (correct me if i'm wrong).
It's just that I thought that the band members would also be in the video. That guy in the end could be Derrick but I'm not sure.

 - I thought it was really funny. Funny as in not really taking it all so seriously.
Those faces Jay kept making - the pouting faces..bwhahahaha. FUNNY.
Although I don't have a particular opinion about the video, I do think it made me like the song a bit more.
...and, not all Black people look alike - that's not Derrick

To me that's what makes it better. I personally didn't like the video's from the Dynamite era. Last one was totally forgetable, before that just bland, & FJLIS to be was just AWFUL. One of my least fave videos ever from anyone not just Jamiroquai!

Hello there,
I have read all the comments and as weird as it sounds, I agree with every single one of them.
I loved the analyse of Meike, I really like doing this type of 'readings' (in video clips, movies, etc) And all this sings apply here.
Iñaki, now that you say it, the TDK Sanyo stuff!!! That's pretty clear, the message there, it IS AGAINST SONY. We already knew that, with the song.
I also noticed the 'freedom' in which Jay moves in his studio.
Is not the best video of the band, for sure. But for me 'Don't Give Hate A Chance' had a very very good musical video, and it didn't get any nomination anywhere, or it wasn't as succesful as other ones... so I really don't know what to think.
