Well on this one E! interview that I watched on YouTube that Jay did (it was a three-parter),he said he was getting a bit bored with the hats. Hopefully he doesn't give up on them completely, though. They're his biggest trademark (IMO,at least), and I personally enjoy 'em. _________________ Just play my tune... |

he is enough money to effort new hats...he could buy hats over hats for all jamiroquai fans over the world..but hmmm...
maybe his hairdresser said that he shouldn´t wear hats so much because his hairends are a bit damaged, u know..splitted...heheheh
or he just prefers the big sunglasses and a big hat and big sunglasses is just too much.

In an interview he said he was more or less "done with wearing hats". I think the hats will be used for the live experience only. And when it's freezing cold outside. _________________ Old school forever! |

It is nothing new to see him without hats.
Live on stage he always wears a hat...and on official occasions in suits and stylish clothes you mostly see him with a hat.
But many TV-appearances are without and private shots too. I remember him saying once in an interview that wearing a hat is like a trademark for him, like the buffaloman. He is the singer with the hat. But if he wants to be private, he does not wear one, and nobody would regognize him
But I think meanwhile he is so well known, that the last argument runs down the gutter _________________
