Sept. 2004 confirmed release date for 6th album!!!
Hello, :bm_r:
I give EvoV credit on posting this news first on JamiroTalk.net in the "6th Album News" topic . But, he said it was cool if I posted a individual news topic about it. According to the Funkin Site, a few days ago at the Leading Edge Music Group Conference held in Fiji, a Sony sales director was there and announced that the new Jamiroquai album will come out in September 2004. YIPPEE!!! ! I don't know if that counts as a real label confirmation of the release date, but heck, after waiting, like all my fellow gentlemen & ladies fans, I'll take it! That could mean we are only 2 to 3 months away from a first single release from the 6th album! I knew all this waiting would pay sometime soon ! Thanks for listening and Peace!
Sincerely,

THE BUFFALO MAN LIVES! Can't wait to get it! _________________ "...I feel that Jamiroquai needs to be taken to another stage now. It really does. This is wonderful news. When do you think we'll get a tracklisting? Do we have to wait for the new album to come out?
I really hope it doesn't get leaked on the internet, because I'll be awfully tempted to download it (and buy the album later) but I can't wait to pop that CD in for the first time. |

since the lastest funkin/frenchiroquai news said that the strings and horns were either just recorded or are being recorded right now, that means the mastering won't be done for another few weeks. seems like they'd want everything finished before finalizing a track order, etc. _________________ i left my funk in san francisco

Hmmm...good point!
Hello again, :bm_r:
Hmm, good point, your definitely right Tahoe ! But I think by this point they must have a basic inkling of what the 6th album tracklisting will be like, but the question they will have to ask themselves is: Will we start the album with the great to good stuff OR save it for the end of the album and put the relatively good stuff at the beginning for a build up? But whatever they do, I know this album will be great, I mean, look at the signs: JK booze & drugfree, the band is ACTUALLY in LA mixing the new album, Sony confirmation for Sept. 2004 release...the stars are alining to the constellation "Buffaloman" ! Thanks for listening and Peace !
Sincerely,
